Hola Fahrenhistas,
We’ve got some great news dropping from nowhere for all you Manc Noir fans this week.
To celebrate the news that all three of David Nolan’s Manc Noir novels are being developed for TV, we’ve brought them all together in one volume for the very first time, complete with a new introduction by the author.
David decided he wanted the books to appear in chronological order in this edition so The Mermaid’s Pool (set in 1988) comes before Black Moss (set in 1990) and The Ballad Of Hanging Lees rounds of the trilogy as usual.
Weighing in at a massive 660 pages, this beast of a book offers amazing value for readers at only half the price of buying all 3 books individually.
And a treat now for you all.
So many of you have got so excited by the cover of The World Entire that not only have you snapped up copies of the fine art print we made but we’ve also had about a dozen emails asking us to make the artwork available in the form of one of our ever popular notebooks.
We’ve done what we always do in these situations and we’ve graciously agreed to take your money off you. We’re nice like that.
In other news, if you’ve been keeping an eye on our socials you’ll have seen that news has leaked out that we’ve signed the contract for the 3rd book in Anthony Neil Smith’s Slow Bear Series. Slowest Bear is on the runway and will be hitting the shelves soon.
In case you haven’t wandered into Anthony Neil Smith’s world yet, we’re giving you 20% OFF his books this weekend - go see for yourself what all the fuss is about.
No need for a promo-code the discount will be automatically applied at the ceckout.
And finally, in very cheering news our fella Derek Farrell has been OFFICIALLY RECOGNISED AS A GAY ICON in a new exhibition celebrating LGBT+ at Crawley Museum over in the UK.
No-one deserves it more and we’re proud as punch on his behalf.
Okay that’s all from us this week, whatever you’re doing this weekend have fun and stay safe.
We kiss you.
xx
